To ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging community by moderating user-generated content and interactions across Mookie’s platforms.

Content Guidelines

Users must adhere to the following rules:

• Respect & Inclusivity: No hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected category.

• Sensitive Topic: Avoid discussions on politics, religion, nationality, or any topic that may provoke conflict or division.

• Disrespectful Behavior: Insults, humiliation, profanity, or offensive language toward participants or admins is strictly prohibited.

• Misuse of the Platform: False accusations, defamation, or slander against the project, community, or admins are strictly forbidden.

• Fraud & Misconduct: Do not attempt to defraud other members, violators will face legal action. Mookie is not liable for any losses experienced.

• No Illegal or Harmful Content: No content that promotes illegal activities, self-harm, violence, drugs, or any form of criminal behaviour.

• No Misinformation or Deception: False information, scams, impersonation, or misleading content is strictly prohibited.

• No Spamming or Unwanted Promotions: Avoid repeated messages, referral links, or promotional content that disrupts the community.

• No Explicit or Adult Content: This includes nudity, sexual content, and any form of obscene material.

Enforcement & Moderation Process

• Automated Filters: Keywords and flagged phrases are auto-detected and blocked.

• User Reporting System: Community members can report inappropriate content.

• Moderator Review: Reports are reviewed by a human moderator for further action.

• Escalation for Severe Cases: Cases involving threats, illegal activities, or repeated violations are escalated for review and possible legal action.

Penalties & Consequences

• Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning.

• Temporary Restriction: Repeated violations result in temporary bans.

• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated offences lead to permanent account suspension.

• Legal Action: Threats, fraud, or illegal activities may be reported to authorities.

Appeal Process

Users can appeal bans or content removals through a structured review system by contacting support.
